Off-Peak Season: Sept. 1--Oct. 31--$1800/week ($257/nt)

Nightly rates divide by 7. Four night minimum.
10% hotel tax added to all rental fees.
Unless otherwise agreed, rentals are from 4:00 PM on date of arrival to 10:00 AM on date of departure.
No pets and absolutely no smoking
A $300 reservation fee and a signed rental agreement are due at the time of reservation. The reservation fee will be applied against the rental fee. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
The balance of the rental fee, plus tax, is due 60 days prior to arrival, accompanied by a $400 refundable security deposit.
All reservations subject to approval of owners. Rates subject to change at time of reservation. Must be 25 or older to rent.
